RESULT:

30 Patients were recruited. Follow up Angio showed well flowing stent with Minimal Lumen Loss in 26/30 cases.

There was no stent thrombosis.

Only 1 patient developed focal restenosis. This patient underwent CABG for severe Long Instent Restenosis in the non-culprit vessel.

CONCLUSION:

In this complex very long length stent implantation series, Pronova XR showed excellent 6 months results.
